The TajExotica, Goa is a five star resort which overlooks the Arabian Sea. It is a Mediterranean style hotel which is one of the best five star hotels in Goa. It set amid 56 acres of carefully manicured gardens which the gardeners seem to tens at all hours of the day and night.
There are huge, tall palm trees all around the front which gives the building an exotic, tropical air as you go in via the front doors.
The very first thing that struck me here was the slow pace of everything. No, I don't mean that the service was poor, just that there seemed to be no need to rush anywhere, or to do anything in a hurry. Everything from have a drink beside the pool to dining in one of the restaurants is relaxed and somehow refreshing. It is certainly a welcome break from city life.
