Ok, first off I would like to say that I may have an ever so slightly biased point of view due to my ethnicity being half Moroccan, but...Tangier is by far the best city in Morocco. There is so much to do and see and so much culture that you easily become immersed in the city's surrealism. For me it is easy to see while so many poets, artists, writers, and musicians have visited and lived in Tangier (like the Rolling Stones, Jack Kerouac, William H Burroughs, and Paul Bowles just to name a few). This city is like no other, with its beautiful beaches and intoxicating night life, it is hard not to have a good time here. Days can be spent lounging on the beach or bargaining in the casbah for a pair of baboosh or a pretty jellaba. At night one can explore the boulevard as everyone seems to be out for a good time. I recommend visiting the lounge TangerInn, a great little bar with cheap drinking and great company in a location that really en captures the bohemian soul of Tangier. Go visit, be prepared to experience things that you never thought possible, and remember to be open minded. What is the point of traveling and experiencing different cultures if you remain suffocated by the "comforts" of home? Live.

Welcome to Ciao. This reads like the introductory paragraph to what could have been a very good review - with a lot more information and detail.
