Advantages: one of the most beautifull spots i've been to Disadvantages: politically unstable
...of nice restaurants, from which I especially want to name Tanti Yuyu's
It's an open air restaurant overlooking the lagoon, and situated in the east side of the village.
We ourselves didn't mind driving 300 miles for Tanti's faboulus poulet braisee, (braised chicken)
One hint, order in the afternoon, or spend two and a half hours chatting while waiting for your food.
For a quick snack Sassandra has many Maquis, were you can find all kind of sandwiches, aswell as cold beverages and cafe au lait. Also try the fried fish once, they sell it in the market next to the beach.
You will get your freshly caught fish nicely wrapped up in a cone made from fresh leaves.
enjoy your stay!!!!!...

Why do these companies not inform staff and staff be a litle more gracious about such promotions - they just did not want to know. A very embarassing time and frankly the whole evening was spoilt as a result.
I have eaten in Caffe Uno before and been moderately impressed - but out...
