This company well deserve their position in the Which Holiday league. They saw off tough competition from the big boys! I have travelled with them to Turkey for the last 5 years, and enjoyed every holiday immensly. The small touches they give at no extra cost are excellent. For example on arrival at the airport once directed to your coach the rep will hand out a cooling bottle of water to everyone and if in Turkey a box of authentic Turkish Delight. 99% of the rooms in all resort hotels will have a fridge already stocked with large bottles of water, milk and several cans of soft drink, none of which is chargable to the holidaymaker. All the resorts are off the beaten track except for one hotel in Olu Deniz which is the Ramos. I've been here 3 times in the last 2 years the owner is also a Director of Tapestry although he is Turkish. The other resorts throughout the country are quite upmarket and off the beaten track, avoiding hoardes of other holidaymakers. The trips they organise are never a rip off and very reasonably priced, they will also arrange non published trips if they have enough interest. All the Hotels we have stayed in are excellent, very, very clean, great staff who are nearly always related to the family who own the hotel, therfore i'ts in their interest to make your stay as good as possible as turkish people share their wealth with all members of their family. I have not travelled to Greece with them but I'm looking at Cephalonia for this year. They only fly from Gatwick and Manchester and all flights with the exception of 2 are day flights. Once you have been on holiday with them once you are then entitled to some brilliant repeat customer discounts every year. These consist of two weeks for the price of one, 10% discunt off all holidays, plus huge percentage discounts on insurance, car hire and car parking. They also do early booking offers in May where you can pay half price for a selection of hotels in both brochures. The only gripe I might have is that they are still yet to set up a website, they've been promising this for several months. I really cannot reccommend this company enough nor the resorts they go to. I f you want to get away from the usual Thomson & messr holidays this is the company for you, especially if you want to be treated that little bit special.
