Moto - My stop of choice on a long car journey

Advantages: Well thought out facilities for familes/babies.
Disadvantages: Prices. Some locations aren't as clean or well stocked as others.

...facilities but to be honest Moto is different from the others who just provide a pull down baby change in a disabled toilet and the odd highchair. Obviously Moto as a company put a lot of thought into the facilities but it remains the job of the staff to make sure they are kept clean and well stocked. Sometimes they have run out of wipes, bowls, etc but if you ask they replenish them. However, I have never had cause to complain about the cleanliness ...

Review of Moto Motorway Service Stations

Little Chef .....do they actually have a Chef?

Advantages: ermmmmm... none!
Disadvantages: bad service and inedible food

...am not a fan of Little Chef restaurants due to a couple of bad experiences which I will tell you about here. The first was when visiting Little Chef at Doncaster when myself and my partner were staying overnight at the adjacent Travelodge. We were hungry and thought we'd give the Little Chef a try. Addison Lee are a Dreadful Organisation

Disadvantages: Too many to list!

I called Addison Lee to tell them what had happened and they made him come back with my £10 but said he had done his job by getting me from A - B and therefore still got his money, his actions weren't going to be questioned and the fact that i had by now missed my entire meeting and therefore the point of taking the taxi, was irrelevent. The lady on the phone was rude and dismissive, and blatantly just didn't care. I won't use them ...

Quick and professional

Advantages: Quick, convenient and cheaper than a taxi.
Disadvantages: None

We booked valet parking at Manchester Airport for a week in July 2009. We researched it all first and found that it was cheaper than booking a taxi, as there was an offer on at the time. We dropped our car off, handed the keys to the member of staff and walked straight into departures. On our return, we went to the valet parking area (right next to T1) and our car was waiting for us.
