...how annoyed I am with Courtlands and their policy on damage to cars , whilst at the car park. I'd recently been abroad for 2 weeks , returned and found my car aerial missing and also a part of the mounting for the rear windscreen wiper . I realise that these aren't very valuable , and I can fix them for next to nothing . Whilst I waited for the manager to look over the car , the staff did tell me there was no way they could safely look after so many ... ...care less . Courtlands took photos and they got back to me to say that " they do not accept liability as my claim is not compatible with their block parking operation and it is unlikely to have happened in our car park " They then refused to view any video surveillance , since this was not part of their policy. Firstly, what do they cover ? and secondly there attitude suggests they will always use this excuse to cover any damage, to your car, incurred ...
Advantages: close to airport Disadvantages: very very very slow service
securapark manchester- we needed nearby parking for our recent trip abroad, after a little research securapark looked a good bet £38 for a weeks secure parking 10 miutes from manchester airport, the blurb offers a quick turnaround "chauffer" driven service there eneded the sales pitch. We arrived at 3.45 am giving 2.5 hours before our flight, the place is easy to find, you go up a spiral car park and are met by miserable no one who books you in you ... ...at least thirty, you then wait for the very few staff to take three cars back and forth with no apparant rush or plan the cars are parked willy nilly and you wait and wait eventually you are taken to the airport and dropped in the bus park doesnt matter where you are going and even if they have made you late. on return there is more fun you ring the number spaek to the nice girl and wait again forty mins with the standard response --- we are rammed ...

They have worked out a great way to steal from us ,travellers!!!!I ended up paying 5 times more than I was quoted for.
