LET THERE BE LIGHT AND BARGAINS
Advantages Easy to get around and disabled facilities even loos
Disadvantages need more shops like this please
Templars square, at cowley oxford is a well laid out centre. This neat area is clean and easy to get around with a lift, toilets and a reasonable amount of quality shops.
You have a shopmobility store and helpful people if you need assistance and can hire out the wheelchairs free so you can do your shopping even electric scooters. They also see to first aid here if ever needed and are swift to help. You do not have to have a perminant disability to use the service and can use it for doing the shopping (help) say if you have injured your leg or if you had fainted whilst out. they will even lend a stick to help if you want. Please however return all items.
This year Templars square has become more of a bargain area as some very nice discounted stores have opened selling, shoes, diy items, deodrants and generally something for most people.
This combined with supermarkets, clothing stores,wh smiths and woolworths makes shopping in this area quite good and it is is all covered. The post office is here to and recently have been installing a cashpoint machine.
They have building societies and barclays and lloydstsb banks.
Oxford city this year decided they could not afford the christmas lights, but templars square have not let us down it looks nice, and festive, complete with santas grotto. Well done.
