I booked (e-ticket on internet) on 18 December 2005 at 4.35 morning for two people from Bromley By Bow to Stansted Airport (London).The bus did not pass anyway. London is 35 miles from Stansted airport. We left the bus stop at 5.05 running to have a private car. We arrived nearly to close our flight check-in.
Some staff workers from the underground station told us that this issue has happened more times. Terravision is awfull. The drivers forget pick-up passengers. Some do not speak english!!!.
We had to take a private car to rush to the airport and to park over there. I could lose my flight. I have phoned and emailed them. The answer: write an email..but no reply has been ever recived. Furthemore, they have charged on my credit card the full price I will sue them....for sure!. Be carefull. There is the cheapest way to reach Stansted but maybe you will fly nowhere.
