Spot the Terravision "selfpraising external" review - the ONLY one giving this company more than one star.

My experience from Stansted: bad service, no idea on queue management, prepayment/prebooking has absolutely NO advantages - no wait - I think you save a pound or two - but this benefit is far outweighed by tha fact that you stand in line for an eternity with no apparent progess in sight.

To make matters worse, if you decide to give up your place in line (yes, after having lined up for over an hour) and go to the office for a refund you are told that the office in Stansted cannot provide refunds and that you have to contact the Rome office.

It would not really be difficult to provide a better level of service, but it is apparent from the "kids" running this show - it is not going to happen any time soon.

Stansted Express or National Express for me - if I bother to fly into Standsted ever again...
