Used the Terravision coach from Ciampino airport into Rome & return & will never use them again. Other transport is cheaper & more reliable. We waited 1 1/2 hours for a coach into Rome & over an hour for the return. There was no preferential treatment for those who had booked in advance. We were told to meet the coach at 7:30 outside the Termini station & it finally arrived at 8:40 by which time there were more than 2 coach loads of people waiting. There was no apology for the delay - we were told the bus had been there at 7:25 but left because we hadn't arrived in time, which was nonsense as we'd arrived at 7:20 and there were already people waiting. Don't use - people miss flights!!

I would always recommend being in place 30 mins early, after all why cut it fine when a flight depends on it. We have found if there are 4 of you then booking a private transfer competes very well on Teravision and is Hotel Door to Airport and Visa versa. Ciao Steve.
