For my jos I treavel a lot between Rome and London and I have taken the Terravision buses many times. I never had any problems with the buses in Rome or in London. The buses run ontime, they sometimes get a little delayed with the traffic but nothing really major. They are the cheapest option to reach the city center from Ciampino and Stansted without having to change. Last week I paid only 4€ for my ticket from Ciampino to Termini. I have tried national express and the Stansted express which are fine but a lot more expensive. Sometimes if you book online you get discounts on your ticket and most of the times you have the pririty to board. I highly recomend those services to anyone flying to Stansted or Ciampiono.
