Had a very stressful experience in Nov 2011 when I would take the Terravion bus back to Chiampin airport in Rome.
The fully loaded bus arrived an hour [to] late and we then had to wait long before all passengers and luggage would be on board.
So I made a very late but good decision to take a taxi.
A TERRIBLE experience, because the groundcrew from Terravision is not honestly telling what the delay will be.
We never ever will ride with TERRIBLEvision again, even not in the UK.
An that while they try to get the most of the passengers with their sort of MANPULATING WAY of getting the lot of the passengers.
