Terravision

My pre-booked Terravision bus never arrived. Had to jump on a National Express bus after waiting like an idiot for 30 minutes and running like mad to get my flight. I almost miss it in fact.
Their street staff kept calling a ghost driver..and would not explain what was happening. Send an email for a refund..but from what I understand they'll never reply.
And this wasn't the first time either. In my opinion this company need to be reported becouse their service is totally unreliable. I just don't want to think what will happen to travellers using their service during the Olympic Games.
I'll never get one of their buses again even if tickets are cheap.
I don't think you need 120 words at all to describe how bad Terravision is; Actually you only need two or three: Goodbye Terravision! Never, never again.
