Fantastic food with a twist

Advantages: Fantastic menu cooked to perfection

Having brought the rest of my family, I had the opportunity to taste several starters and main dishes. As a light starter, I had chosen the Smoked salmon and crayfish tail basket with a zesty lemon crème fraiche which was slightly pricy at £6.45. This was to be followed by a Baked Strawberry Grouper on a bed of mashed potato mixed with crabmeat and a butter parsley sauce costing £16.95, so also a slightly more expensive choice. They Paved Paradise

Advantages: laid back attitude, Key West has charm

cup. We stayed for two nights in Windley Key (part of Islamorada) at the Drop Anchor Inn. It was a very nice, beachfront motel with lots of palm trees. Unfortunately, the beach was not for swimming, but it was a nice view anyway and there were lots of tropical birds. This motel was a very good value at $95 per night. There is not much to do at night on Islamorada, although we did go to a funny little place called Woody's. The pizza there was terrible, but if you get up your courage, you can do KARAOKE!! I figured I would go for it since I live thousands of miles away. It was a blast, and, in case you hadn’t noticed, I’ve been hooked since then! ...
