Ok, i'm a 15 year old Metal, Nu-Metal and punk lover (music) The Astoria has to be the best venue for that kind of music I have ever been to. Beating Wemberley Arena in terms of viewing (the astoria is small, so you see much) The security there are very good, helpful and happy to help if you get lost, stuck or injured. The mosh - pits they have there have always been quite fun, and i've never really got injured there. They allow crowd surfing which is a bonus. I've seen many bands there, not once beeing disapointed by the bands performance, sound quality or venue. I have been to both LA1 and LA2 (Both in same building) and both are great.
Prices of drinks however are a little excessive - £2 for a bottle of water? I would recomend this to young people also, wanting to see great live music, due to it's size (small - not overwhelming)
