The Bathwick Boatman Restaurant, Bath

Visited this establishment recently and was served poorly executed and very cold food. The dishes had obviously been sitting around for some time before being served. The so-called "food master" chef and owner was no where to be seen all night either, so who was doing the cooking? Perhaps the person in the kitchen who I could hear effing and blinding? As I was being treated to this meal i did not feel it was appropriate at the time to kick up a fuss, but future diners beware! While the setting is lovely, do not be sucked in by the glossy website! There is nothing I could say to recommend this restaurant to anyone. The owners should deliver what they promise, especially given the prices on the menu.
