I travel a lot with work and am used to low budget hotels. However the photos of the owner john malkovic looking pained and angst ridden which you see in the foyer are the best way to explain what your stay in this very noisey soulless hotel will be like, with staff who are totally uninterested and with only 20 or so parking spaces for its hundreds of rooms.
The small single beds are uncomfortable and when i politely rang down to reception to ask what time the road works outside would stop (at 11.50 pm) i was told quite rudely that the workmen stay in the hotel and would have mentioned if they were working late... as though this was my imagination!
we were told a hot breakfast was on offer only to find that this involved (still warm) hard boiled eggs... i would have been happier in a travellodge.
