This nice inn, like the Sun Inn, was found through the Old English Inn website (http://www.oldenglishinns.co.uk).

The Room The double room was a good size with a plasma screen television, tea and coffee falicities, hairdryer and a very good sized en suite bathroom. However the plumbing sounded like it had been either been preserved from the olden days or had a resident goul with clanking chains!
Price We paid £65.00 for bed and breakfast in a double room, which I would have found reasonable had the room not been over the main road and if I had not felt the floor was going to fall through every time I turned the tap on or flushed the toilet!
Food and Drink The breakfast was good and the staff were still happy to make us a fry up even though we were the last customersdown for breakfast! Drinks were also reasonably priced.
Parking There is parking available at the rear of the hotel, although there are not many spaces so at peak times it would be dificult to find a space.
Overall This was a pleasant hotel in a nice area. Due to its location and the local amenities, it is ideal for a short break and I would possibly stay here again - but would request a different room!
