Introduction:
As I live locally, I'd never had much reason to stay at the hotel but was recently made an offer I couldn't refuse. One night's stay at the hotel, dinner for two, use of leisure facilities and breakfast in the morning. How much did I pay? Nothing. I accompanied a friend who was given all this as a prize of some sort... So in this review I will make people aware of the hotel and what it offers, as well as my own personal opinion and review of my stay.

This imposing beast of a building is one of the first things that greets you as you drive out of Bristol and cross the amazing Severn bridge into Wales, approaching junction 24 of the M4.
