This is with out a doubt the worste organised hotel I have ever stayed with and I stay in at least 4-5 a month with work, to put it another way I am so annoyed I set up this account and wrote this review some thing I never do!. I booked a group for work some via Lastminute.com and directly with the reception. The lastminute booking where payed for prior to arrival however we where charged on depature and had a nightmare getting a refund, those booked directly where in wrong (despite phonetically checking them over the phone) names leading to a hour wait to check in and 45 to check out...
The bar in nice the rest of the hotel has been ruined with a horrible prefab annex and the main buildings rooms completly out of syle with the actual building not to mention the noise, cold, dirty room, terrrible food, bar staff who dont know how to pour a pint etc etc dont bother.
