My husband and I visited this hotel on our honeymoon, earlier this year. We spent 3 nights in Bangkok, and then flew direct with Bangkok Airways to Chiang Mai. We were met at the airport and transported to the Chedi, arriving late afternoon. We arrived at the hotel to a lovely warm welcome; we received arrival drinks and a cold towel and were sat on comfy sofas in reception to check in. We handed in our voucher for our club suite and waited about 10 minutes until our room was ready. We were then shown to a room (a standard room).
