Ideal for sight seeing with the V & A Waterfront within very easy walking distance. The hop-on-off bus is also handy and is excellent value, but do start early. Warning is shown at the ticket office if it is not possible to go to the top of Table Mountain. Public transport can be found on the beachside of the V&A Shopping Centre - ideal for visiting areas further along the coast. The Shopping Centre offers a large number of restaurants suitable for all tastes and budgets. There is also a multiplex cinema. The hotel is comfortable but rooms do not offer much in the way of storage space. Breakfast is very good but evening meals somewhat limited in choice. Staff are friendly and helpful and will order a taxi at any time of the day/night. Good safe environment for those exploring Capetown for the first time.
