I first experienced The Empire just last week when I went to see the wonderful Ken Haddock and his band play. I must say I was very impressed. I found The Empire to be a very homely bar which is just the right size and has a good atmosphere. The comedy nights that are held there every Tuesday night are also top class and very good value for money. Althought the drinks aren't the cheapest in Belfast the food is very good value and makes up for the drinks. This is an excellent bar and I know that I will definitely be returning.
