A truly excellent base from which to explore Disneyland! We went for 8 days with our children (5 and 3). The hotel staff were polite and friendly and aareas of the hotel were clean and air conditioned (great during a very hot week in August!) The real appeal of this hotel, however is the child-friendliness of it all. The soft play area is located next to the breakfast area, which meant that our children could go and play in safely whilst we loaded up on caffeine ready for a day exploring the parks. The pool was excellent and provided an ideal opportunity to escape "Disney-itus" for a while! Breakfast was a typical continental breakfast (with cornflakes and chocolate flakes for "fussy children!) The hotel kindly request that "No food be taken from the breakfast room", however most people seemed to have rather large rucksacks and furtive looks on their faces. We laughed at them on the first day, but by the second day had joined them! Given the price of food at the parks (and the fact that it is all dreadful American "fat" food), at least we had slightly healthier bread rolls for lunch! The room itself was basic (think Travel Inn family room, but a bit bigger and you won't go far wrong) with a double bed and two single beds, a wardrobe, dressing table, TV - local French channels (anything else is extra), a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Basic, but clean!
In summary, an excellent hotel if you are planning to be out and about alot, with some added bonuses that will keep your children entertained in a safe environment.
