The Fairmont Palliser is a well known hotel located in downtown Calgary, Alberta Canada. The exterior of the hotel stands out well with the surrounding buildings and offers a unique victorian style building. The hotel features full Valet services for vehicles and bags are brought to the room by the friendly hotel staff.

The main reception area is well furnished and features friendly staff, elevators and staircases are available to reach the rooms on the floors above, and a restaurant area is also located nearby.

Rooms come fully furnished with various sized beds from singles to king/queen sized. Bathrooms come complete with shower/bath and sink as well as toiletries. The rooms also feature Wifi that can be payed for when checking out, and a large TV is also available.

Dining in the hotel is limited to a single restaurant which features breakfast buffet as well as daytime meals, all food is excellent quality, and being that the hotel is located downtown there is always a large variety to choose from.

The location of the hotel is right next to the Calgary Tower, the street is also taken over by the Stampede Parade during the Calgary Stampede in July, this may cause problems however it's a great day of fun for visitors to the area. Other sights close by include Chinatown and a number of malls.

Overall the Fairmont Palliser is one of the better hotels in the Calgary area and you won't be disappointed by the service.
