Advantages: Cheap but very cheerful Disadvantages: rooms are quite small
...We have just come back from a trip to Sydney and stayed at the Unilodge. It is, to all intents and purposes, University halls of residence. That having been said, it is also a Best Western Hotel. Our room was small, but very comfortable and kame with a full-size fridge, microwave, kettle, sink and crockery. Tea and coffee making facilities were refreshed every day and the sheets were always very clean. The shower was excellent also. The hotel has an indoor pool and small gym in the basement and the reception staff were friendly. Don\'t go expecting that your bags will be carried to your room or you\'ll be disappointed. Location-wise the hotel is very well situated. A brisk 10-15 minute walk to Darling Harbour or a short bus/train ride to Circular Quay from Central station which is a 5 minute walk away. For eating out, I would recommend...

Advantages: A nice city with too many things to visit and see Disadvantages: None
...It is one of the best if not the best capital cities in the world, I know its not Australia’s capital, but it is the capital of the territory. Definitely the way to get round is to use the public transport as the trains, buses and ferries are very cheap and can get you to most places in Sydney within minutes. Places to visit have got to include the following: -
The opera house, which even if you don’t go there to see a show it is one of those things that is recognised the world over as Australian.
The harbour bridge, for those who haven’t got a car and are on the Sydney side of the bridge there is a set of steps from the Rocks area up to the bridge deck itself. From here you can see...

Darling Harbour
°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°
If you are in Sydney and havent seen the Darling Harbour, you haven´t been in Sydney. At the harbour there are many things to do and I´m sure you can spent more than one day there and you still won´t be bored.
An underwaterworld shows you the world in the sea of Australia. They rebuilt a great barrier reef which contains a lot of the fishes and sharks, plants which you originally find in the reef up in Cairns.
You will find a cinema, hundrets of little caffes and shops, some museums and a lot of musicians on the steets. Take your time and just look around I´m sure you will detect a lot of new things during the whole day.
I had a very beautiful holliday in Sydney and I´m sure I will go back, one day. There is so much to do and in my oppinion I wrote you will find only a few of those things...
