A Must for Vegas

Advantages: got everything
Disadvantages: building work

...god. is how to describe the Vegas Strip. This has everything that you could ever possibly want - restaurants, bars, shops and hotels. The views of the strips from the bridges going over the roads are breathtaking - both day and night. We were staying at the Luxor which is at one end of the Strip and it took us about five hours to walk up the Strip and back. The shops are fantastic and will suit every wallet. From Gucci and Fendi to Victoria's Secret ...
...malls - one right at the end and one in Planet Hollywood. the M&M's World shop is out of this world and is four floors of pure M&Ms! There are a few outdoor markets which sell quirky things and the stall owners don't pressure you in to buying anything. The Harley Davidson Cafe is a must as the food is fantastic and very reasonably priced. Walking up and down is an experience in itself. You can go in to any of the hotels and go shopping or eat. The ...

Well worth your money...if you have it

Advantages: 24 hour party nonstop, free drinks, great shopping and nightlife, gambling
Disadvantages: 6/5 blackjack; 10PM curfew if under 21 (yes police does enforce it).

...money. With that being said, the Las Vegas Strip is truly a sight to behold; some free activities include marveling at the Bellagio fountains, watching the pirate show at TI or just strolling about and gazing at the flashy lights and endless stream of traffic. If you don't fancy being outside, then take a gander at the numerous places to shop; the Fashion Show Mall across from the Wynn and the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace, which can quite expensive, ...
...strip is laced with the ubiquitous gambling and great nightclubs. Vegas is a nonstop party and can be fun for everyone, but as if it didn't need saying, bring plenty of money. Vegas on a budget can be fun for some, but the more disposable cash you have, the better time you will have. ...

The Mirage - Las Vegas - Luxury on The Strip

Advantages: Luxury hotel, superb spa, magnificent rooms
Disadvantages: Booking in could have been smoother

contained a shower and WC. The second room containing the King Bed was an en-suite onto a spa bath and there were seperate showers and WC. There was a large dressing table area and the room also had TV. The view from the room was half overlooking the strip so very flourescent. All rooms had Telephones and there were 2 x refridgerators. The decor was quite calming and there were flowers when we arrived. The hotel is massive with loads of slot machines and tables to play on. There was also a good assortment of eateries, including a breakfast diner and a really nice Chinese restaurant (good value). Most mornings we went to the Spa - $20 for use for the whole day including the well appointed Gym, which I would thoroughly recommend as you get free drinks and fruits and nuts which was more than ample enough for breakfast. The Spa ...

Sin City On A Budget

Advantages: Cheap, Central Location, Clean
Disadvantages: Not Flash

Sin City On A Budget = The Imperial Palace is not the biggest or boldest hotel an casino on the Las Vegas strip. Most people probably won't have even heard of it, it's not exactly iconic. However it does have two very redeeming features, location and price. Ok, this isn't the Bellagio but let's face it who wants to spend all of their time in Vegas in their room when there's the opportunity to lose your money in any of the numerous and more famous casinos. You can just walk into any Casino in Vegas of course as they want your hard earned. Our room was a reasonable size, was clean, not too noisy with the doors closed considering the chaos outside, it was especially busy when we stayed due to it being Memorial weekend. There was a TV that must have been there a long time as the picture was blurry. That really is all ...

A hotel beyond my expectations

Advantages: Location, price, food, huge rooms, car collection
Disadvantages: Hotel room to lobby takes 20 minutes

, postcard, calendar, fluffy pink battery operated heart on a flashing stick and so on. The biggest surprise was on one of the car park floors, there is a multi million dollar collection of cars on display. Not just any old cars but some of the most exclusive in the world!! You can purchase them if you want, one 1930s Duesenberg was on sale for a mere $1.75million, remember your credit card!! There was no night time entertainment within the hotel whilst I was there but with hundreds of slot machines in the lobby & huge prizes on offer & access to the Las Vegas Strip just outside, so you'll never get bored. The hotel is located close to the Mirage, Cesar's Palace & Treasure Island hotels & I would recommend it if you intend to stay there for a few nights. I got a better deal telephoning the hotel from the UK that I could from a website. It ...
