Tankersley Manor is a place that I have been to a few times over the years and it was also the location of my work's Christmas Party at the end of last year.
It is a well known Hotel and Restaurant with a good local reputation.
THE BACKGROUND
From the outside Tankersley Manor is quite impressive to say the least, standing in its own well maintained Gardens and Grounds and surrounded by Woodland the building itself is a rather imposing Stone built building.
The Hotel as you see it today has been extensively restored but it has been built around a 17th Century Manor House that once occupied the location.
THE FACILITIES

The address for this hotel is: Bridgewood Roundabout, Chatham, Kent. It is situated in Walderslade and is approx. 42 miles from London Gatwick Airport and 3 miles from Chatham Train Station.
There are many things to do nearby - Chatham Dockyard is only 6 miles away, as is Rochester Cathedral. There's the infamous Bluewater Shopping Centre only 16 miles away and Leeds Castle is 10 miles away.
