...i recently visited the fair city of MAnchester in England and stayed at the holiday Inn Crowne Plaza. What a fantastic and imposing building it is, a very special hotel and one that is so big. It has everything going for it as the hotel has every thing you could ever need.
Wjhats more is that it is in a nice part of a pretty dodgy city, as far as I could see the place only has three nice streets and luckily the hotel is located on one of them.
If you have to go to Manchester for any reason then this is the place to stay but it is quite expensice for what is afetr all only a place to go to sleep...

It became known as the Cottonoplolis due o the trade in cotton through the city and the number of cotton factories that sprang up around Manchester. It was one of the most famous cities in the world and its population soared. ...On my three visits to Liverpool I have always visited the Adelphi Hotel which I reckon is a superb hotel and is not that expensive. If you judge in terms of value for money it is really good value. There are often special or mid week breaks offered by the Britannia group of hotels and they are at rates much below the rack rate.
The public rooms at the Adelphi are sumptuous to say the least. You can imagine all the shipping tycoons and wealthy merchants and their families sipping afternoon tea in the magnificent lounge.
The quality of the service at this fine hotel matches the surroundings. The sunday lunches are moderately priced and well worth sampling. There are a lot of facilities at this city centre hotel and my husband enjoys the bars very much. The Adelphi also has a disco for the younger crowd...

I stayed at the Tulip Inn (Trafford Centre) early in August as the Arctic Monkeys were playing at Lancashire Cricket Ground.
When we arrived the car park was quite full but had plenty of spaces, even though the hotel very obviously very busy.

My impressions of this game when I saw it advertised on the internet was that it looked like a completely different type of game that I'm used to seeing for the DS.
