We stayed at this hotel in 2006 for 4 nights, it was rated as 5 stars by the tour company, The hotel's public areas were very clean and the location was fairly good close to the underground metro in both directions, not far from the Eaton centre too. The rooms for a 5 star hotel were a little cramped, just enough room to walk around the bed between the TV, Desk Walls and wardrobe. I guess the hotel is aimed more at business people than tourists. The swimming pool is fairly small, luckilly we were the only 2 people in there otherwise it could get crowded very quickly. I have stayed in a few "5 star" hotels and this was by no means worth the extra we payed to stay there. The restaurant was very nice but very expensive, we found a lot of places withing 10 minutes that were just as nice and much cheaper

Overall it was a nice cleamn hotel in a reasonable location if you don't mind the metro, the main centre was too far to walk every day. probrably why on here its only rated as a 4 Star
