Hotel staff very pleasant and helpful. Both rooms were clean and tidy, however,they are in need of modernisation.
The pool was very cold, to cold to swim in.
The heating wasn't working on arrival but they did tell us immediately and couldn't appoligise enough. It wasn't a problem really.
The Breakfast was fantastic and the bar and lounge was ideal.
The location was perfect for the races and was only a 5-10min walk into the centre. Buses come every 5 mins and the stop is right outside the door!
Would definately book again.

Just got back from a 2 night 3 day stay at the New York and it was great! Hotel is in a excellent location, a 2 minute walk from the Disney Village and only 5 minutes from the Disney Parks. Check in was 3pm but the hotel allowed us to check in at 10:30... more
