Customer service rateing for this Hotel from a scale of 1 through 10 being the highest, I'll give a 2. Front Desk wasn't bad, but asking for a much better suite with hot running water for a shower was a task?? At a 120.00 pound a night you expect that!! Food was terrible and what came along with that was a waitress from Hell named Natilie. She served her friends first while my wife and I complained Natilie became very RUDE! Suite was not so bad. Nice and roomie. However the shower walls needed to be cleaned from body hair...
