The Offshore Bar is next to a decent fish and chip shop on Sukhumvit Soi 23.
Buy your chips and take them away is my advice. Far far away from the Offshore Bar.
In my opinion the bar itself is a dim sad cave, and pretty grubby. With a dim sad landlord to boot, one well past his sell by date... "Ray." The staff are okay but they don't show too much motivation and aren't the usually friendly, warm and happy Thai staff that you would normally expect to see in a bar like this.
It has tsual stock of beers and spirits, the food itself is acceptable but not anything special. Prices are about average.
I am sure their locals like it. The locals can keep it.
