...an Irish pub, situated on the corners of Woodbridge Rd and Trafalgar Road in Moseley, Birmingham. It is painted bright purple on the outside, so you can’t really miss it. Bar prices are average for Moseley and cheaper than Birmingham City centre. There is no dress code.

On Friday’s ... ...just jam sessions really, and the music attracts people from all over. The musicians do not get paid but are rewarded with free drinks for their efforts.
On Tuesday nights it is open spot night in the bar. People come and perform, either as a solo or with their bands, in random order as called by the organiser. There is no entry fee and most acts are very entertaining. This can either be because they are unexpectedly good, or really incredibly bad!

Joe Satriani is considered by many as one of the greatest guitarists to have ever lived. He manages to combine technical brilliance with melody to produce some excellent and powerful songs. He plays a good rock song too.
