Advantages: Brilliant location, modern, big room, huge TV, one of the cheapest hotels Disadvantages: Breakfast is expensive, toilet blocked a couple of times, not enough lifts
The ParkCentral Hotel NewYork is in a brilliant location on 56th and 7th right in the centre of everything. A 10 minute walk downtown brings you to Times Square, 2 blocks uptown takes you to CentralPark, 5th Avenue shopping is just 1 or 2 blocks to the east and a subway station 20 seconds away to take you to wherever else you want to go. Carnegie Hall is directly opposite and the Rockefeller Centre is less than 10 minutes away. The hotel is surrounded by gift shops and cafes and there's a nice little Irish bar just opposite. The location really couldn't get any better.

to get onto 5th Avenue and then enter through there. You will be on Museum Mile at this point, I believe opposite the Guggenheim. As you walk into the park, you are taken back at how different it is from the hustle and bustle of NewYorkCity.
If you walk into the park, you?ll see a path leading down to the left, follow this and you?ll soon see the Children?s Zoo on the left, keep walking and you?ll then see CentralPark Zoo on your right.
Exhibit Areas
I was shocked to see the different areas within the zoo, it is pretty much situated into three exhibit areas; tropic, temperate and arctic. All of these areas feature some beautiful animals, all of which seem to be well taken care of.

The first zone you come to within the Zoo is the Tropic Zone, we didn?t really spend too much time here as I?m not a huge fan ...

My boyfriend turned 30 a few weeks ago and for his present I booked us a trip to NewYork and the Wellington Hotel is where I picked for us to stay due to its central location in Manhattan.
Last Wednesday we flew out to NYC and checked into the Wellington.
If you didn't know already this is where part of the Borat film was made, the main scene being where he tries to unpack his things in the lift thinking its his room and so many Borat jokes ensued in the elevators during our stay.
The location of the hotel is amazing, its a 1 minute walk from Carnegie Hall, 2 minutes from CentralPark and 5 minutes from Times Square and is located on the corner of 55th Street and 7th Avenue. The placement of the hotel was my favourite thing about it as it was just so easy to walk to some of the city's best attractions from here.
