The Rose Bowl, Los Angeles

The Rose Bowl, one of the best sites in LA, is quite constantly overlooked. This enormous stadium (over 90,000 people can fit inside) is the home to college american football, proffessional soccer and many other proffesional sporting events. Also, the Rose Bowl was the site of many of the '94 World Cup games, including the final between Brazil and Italy. Also, last year this site hosted the final for the women's world cup as well, where the US was victorious over China, and Jennifer Lopez performed at halftime. The Lost Angeles Galaxy, the proffesional soccer team of LA, play here as well. Tickets are cheap and seats are almost always available on game day. For atmosphere of american soccer, this stadium is the best. Many foreign players such as Mexico's superstar Luis Hernandez make up the team, as well as many American national team memebers. As well as sporting events, concerts are common... Nsync was there last week. If you're in LA, something is definetly going on at the Rose Bowl and will definetly be worth checking out.
