Advantages: Good in flight service Disadvantages: In flight entertainment can be dodgy at times!!!
My wife and I have used Brunei on 4/5 trips Brisbane -UK return in the last 10 years. Despite having my Royal Skies card swiped at check in I now find that they have only credited us with one trip. Despite REPEATED emails to Brunei theyhave completely ignored and query. Their blurb does say that they need boarding passes etc for the miles to be credited-unfortunately I do not have 8 year old boarding passes in my possession as I thought that when my card wa swiped at check in, that would count.
I have no problem with the airline-the 3 step 7hr trips suit us and I have recommended many friends to use them . I do however protest strongly at being ripped of over the air mile system and their complete lack of courtesy in refusing to honour me with a reply to my queries.
Looking for another airline for my trip this year!!

My husband and I visited Edinburgh for a few days with friends. We found a serviced appartment a mile out of city centre for the first three nights and then splashed out £150 for bed and breakfast at the Balmoral for our last night of the trip.
We had heard that it was an amazing hotel and we were, overall not disappointed.
RECEPTION AND CHECK IN: The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. They took a card for any extras and then checked us in very quickly and efficiently. We were shown to our room by a porter who was very sweet and insisted on asking us about our trip to Edinburgh and recommending places to eat.
BEDROOMS: One word - A-MAZ-ING - there is a superking sized bed which was beautifully designed and so comfortable it is unbelievable. Of course there is sky TV (very large) and a desk and sofa too.

My son?s Royal Throne
I bought my son a royal potty from Argos after visiting a friend when he was one year old and Although I considered him to be to young to consider potty training I did want him to have a potty around so that it was a familiar item.
What is the Royal Potty?
It is a potty that appears to be more comfortable than a normal potty as it is shaped liked a throne with arms and a back. It also has a splash protector at the front designed for little boys more than girls. It also has an additional function that is a fanfare sound when the child passes urine that is activated by the sensor. It is made with plastic that is easy to wipe. It also came with a sticker reward chart
