I started visiting this hotel when I was eleven years old with my mother, aunty and younger cousin, from the moment we arrived at the hotel we knew it was different. We were immediately welcomed with complementary cocktails (non-alcoholic for us kids) and were escorted to our rooms by the bag boy, while we didnt carry a single bag. The rooms were spacious with a lot of wardrobe space, clean sheets and a towel swan with rose petals on the bed. In each room there is a television that comes with many programmes of many different langauges, including film channels if you fancy a night in. The hotel resteraunt offers a lot of different food, but however the food can become repetitive but because the resort has to cater to a lot of different nationalities they do very well, at the evening meal you are always welcomed into the resteraunt with a big smile but the entire animation team who are the nicest people who we have ever met aswell as many of the other people on holiday with us. All the staff in the hotel are incredibly nice, and will go out of there way to ensure you have a great holiday with them, my advice is to stop and have a chat with all of them; receptionists, bar staff, waiting staff, towel and pool boys, and the animation staff, as they are the nicest people we have ever met! We have returned to this hotel over 8 times in the past five years and already have our next two holidays booked there, we love this hotel so much we have encouraged our friends and family to visit, and those that have done so also loved it and have or are planning to return very shortly. The hotel isn't very loud however if you are more of a party animal there are hourly shuttle runs into the town for free from the hotel, and there is also a club trip to pacha on friday nights for 20 euros which includes taxi, admission and a free alcoholic drink, I recommend the tequilla the tequilla man there is also extremely nice. I recommend this hotel will be the best stay you are ever to have!
