This is probably the best hotel i have ever stayed in! Maybe that's because it was the first 5 star one i've been to, or maybe it's because it's just that great! The restaurant, bar and foyer were very impressive, as well as the suspended glass staircase from the 1st floor to ground floor. When we were there, there was even a car parked in the foyer!
The reception staff, conference staff and concierge were all great and the location was really handy for exploring the beautiful old town.
But the highlight of the hotel has to be the lift which is clear glass on one side, overlooking the city. Your stomach actually drops as your plummet to the ground floor. I rode up and down it a few times just for fun!
