The staff are lovely, friendly people who are over worked and underpaid. The bar and waiting staff are actually very clever people who speak many languages. They make most of their earnings from tips, so be generous (if you still want to go after reading this). I must stress that the entertainment, bar and waiting staff are fantastic, before I make my next point.
We had a mobile phone stolen from our room and numerous other guests had ipods, mobiles and other valuable electricals stolen from their rooms during our stay. Management will not accept or investigate these complaints. Management, do not know the meaning of customer sevice and can be abrupt & rude to both employees and staff. The all inclusive wrist bands are very flimsy and if (or when rather) they fall off, there is a $20 USD ...

We stayed 4D3N in a Deluxe King room from 28 Mar ? 31 Mar 09. We booked the Holiday Delight package. Our room was really really nice. There is a bathtub in the living room and we can watch TV while lying in the tub!
On the 1st nite, the Kampong restaurant serving the buffet dinner was closed and we were directed to the Waterfall restaurant where there was Steamboat and BBQ buffet. The BBQ was really good but the Steamboat was not nice at all.
The pool is dirty. During my 4 days there, the pool was not cleaned at all. The water in the jacuzzi is murky. There is lack of enforcement at the pool i.e. some people enter the pool without changing to swimming attire and this was allowed. On the 2nd night, the Kampong restaurant was not open for dinner again and we had to go to the Waterfall. The staff at the Waterfall were not friendly and we ...

I did a bit of research on the Internet and came up with the Lough Erne GolfResort, ?Northern Ireland?s first five star hotel?, I did some further research, checked out the Internet site, had a look on Tripadvisor and decided this was the place. We also needed to make arrangements for the children so my husband sorted with my Mother that she would come to our home to keep the children overnight.
