As newlyweds jetting off on honeymoon we flew in thomas cook airlines premium cabin to Cuba from manchester. Premium check in meant a designated desk and saved us a lot of time both on our outbound and inward journey. we also received our luggage swiftly at both ends as it is kept separate from economy luggage. the seats were wider and much more comfortable with sufficient leg room. the staff were helpful and the food was quite good, getting a full meal and a snack whilst on the flight. A premium cabin benefit was free drinks including alcoholic ones for the duration of the flight. We received free headphones and a blanket and pillow but other items which were advertised as included in the price of premium we did not receive such as sparkling wine on arrival and personal care kit. the overall experience with Thomas Cook airlines was a pleasant one and the cost of going premium was definitely worth it especially for the speed of check in on the inbound flight.
