I would recommend Thomas Cook to anyone who wishes to book a holiday, or simply their flights, hassle free. They were brilliant with us when we booked, cancelled and then re-booked with them, providing a service which was just what we needed at that time. We booked through their website and found it easy to navigate and very user friendly. The confirmation e-mail arrived immedicately after processing and the tickets days afterwards, now waiting aroud unsure if they will arrive in time. No problems, I really cannot think of any reason to look elsewhere if, like us, you need an efficient and reliable service.
