If you're looking to book a package holiday through a Travel Agent, Thomas Cook is the one to use. Their whole attitude from start to finish is refreshing - nothing seems to be too much trouble. I was quite specific on what I was looking for and took up 90 minutes of the rep's time but she wasn't satisfied until she located exactly the deal I was looking for. I've used them twice before after terrible experiences with other operators and would never consider going anywhere else now. Every aspect of their service, from the moment you book down to the actual holidays themselves, is second to none and I'm now looking forward to two weeks on a quiet, secluded Greek island.
