I have flown with this airline three times on long haul flights from Gatwick to Sanford International in Florida. The aircraft are comfortable and clean. The flight was value for money at only £230 return. You did have to pay £10 for your food and this I would say is the only thing that wasnt value for money as all you got was basic tasteless airline food. If you didnt pay your £10 you didnt get fed. This had to be done at the time of booking, however the cabin crew were prepared to sell you a meal if you needed one. I will be taking my own sandwiches next time. Not that im being a skinflint...its just the food is a complete letdown. The flights are uneventful but being on modern aircraft, you have radio channels or a selection of movies to watch while you travel. Checkin and boarding is a seamless operation..I will travel with them again.
