I've flown 3 or 4 time with Thompsonfly so far and would say they are excellent once you've booked. However, their website is awful. I've just booked tonight and it crashed twice during the booking. I didn't think the booking had worked until I got a confirmation email. Luckily I didn't have time to attempt the booking again otherwise I would have booked the flight twice. This isn't the only time I've had problems with their site. Last year when I booked, the name of a different person was added to our booking. I've no idea where the name came from and I guess it was missing from someone elses booking. Annoyingly there isn't any contact email address on their site either so you're on your own when it goes wrong.
