I recently decided to take the plunge and take my 2 year old daughter on her first holiday abroad. I thought I would choose an holiday totally geared up for kids as this was "her" holiday. Well, I got what I wanted. We stayed in The Presidente in Ibiza and from what I understand all Thomson Super Family Holidays are of the same standard.
There was everything a child could possibly want. Kids clubs for all ages, creche facility, outdoor play areas, indoor soft play area, splash pool, swimming pool, all day children's entertainment, mini disco, even their own section of the buffet. Everything was thought of and the Thomson entertainment staff were great.
I also had a great time as I got a few hours peace whilst my daugher played in the creche, which was fully kitted out with top quality equipment. The evening entertainment was great and there was also adult's sports activities.
My only complaint would be all the add on charges, eg, 10 euros to hire your safe, 10 euros to hire fridge and also charges for cots and other baby equipment, it all adds up. The hotel bar was also very expensive.
