Advantages Cheap, but then so are Easyjet
Disadvantages Dreadful customer service, hidden charges
Well, it takes something to make me mad enough to go online, dig out my old password to this site, log on and slag a company off, but ThomsonFly's customer service desk have managed it.
I've just tried to change the *spelling* of a passenger's name on a booking. Certainly sir, that'll be £25. You're kidding! Well, they have me over a barrel unfortunately, so I have to pay it... and they stick an extra surcharge on as well... it's now £43 for a spelling correction. Now that's just taking the... well, I probably can't type that here, but I do feel like I've just bent over, if you understand what I mean. For comparison, I've had to do the same thing to an Easyjet ticket - no problem at all, 5 minute phone call and no charge... not that I'd expect one.
This is the first time I've ever flown with Thomson on their European routes - normally I fly Easyjet. I will fly Easyjet in future, I can assure you - that kind of bad customer service does not deserve to be rewarded.Oh, and another thing - see if you can find a complaints procedure/link/contact number on the www.thomsonfly.com website... what does that tell you about their customer service?

Almost the same as the last review and tells me little more than that you are upset.
i agree, to be charged this much for a typo is unfair. However you need to expand on your reviews for higher ratings.
