I have only just found this site, wish I had known about it 6 months ago. We had a 19hour delay in Phaphos, no contact from reps, even though I tried several times to contact them. Put on a plane that still had an engineer on board, had to abort the flight. Told by the pilot that we would take off, if the engine cleared we would take off, if not we would abort, we did abort. We were all terrified. Same plane next day, broken seats, no in flight entertainment (same plane on way out, promised seats would be fixed). Eventually offered 20.00 each, that didn't even pay for our drinks never mind food. Rejected the offer but they won't budge. Guesss who won't be flying with Thomson again, four very dissatisfied people!
