To the left of the main door you have like a podium sort of area, where you have quite a few seats. Its just a plain area with seating and a tables in the area. The bar goes round the whole of the pub. Then at the end of the bar you have both sets of toilets and to the right of the toilets is where they set up the disco or any entertainment they have on.Then you come to some steps and down them steps is some more seating areas, I do not use that area much as I felt more out of the way there.
The pub is nicely decorated and the floors are all laminated flooring. At one point the floors used to be awful, as your feet would stick to the floor, but since they got the laminated flooring down it is a lot better.
The prices are pretty reasonable and for a pint of cider its £3 and for a pint of lager its £2.90, these prices may have changed since I last went in as the other pub I go in regularly have changed their prices. But if they have it will have only have changed by about 10p a pint.
This is a pub really where you would go just for a chat and a catch up with people, its certainly not a great pub for entertainment.
The pub is really good when they do have their entertainment on, and the pub is always busy no matter what they have on. On an afternoon its always buzzing with shoppers that just nip in for a couple of drinks.I will say its not my first choice of pub, but if you are in the centre of Leeds and the pub is open it is well worth a visit for a quick pint or two.
