Tiki village, Surfer’s Paradise, Qld Tiki Village is a time share resort but you can pay to stay there too. We paid about £250 for a week in a one bedroom self catering apartment. We booked ours through Interval International which is our time share exchange programme but we chose not to exchange our points as the price was too reasonable if we paid cash. The complex is quite old and in some aspects it was quite dated but as a place to base ourselves it served the purpose admirably.
